The market for home use aesthetic devices is in an explosive growth phase. It is essential that, as an industry, we develop those standards, specifications and test methods that will ensure a level, responsible playing field for all suppliers. There are documents on the activities of the Household electrical safety IEC committee TC61 WG30, home-use device standards development, EU and international home-use device regulatory activity and a comprehensive bibliography of published papers in peer-reviewed journals dealing with home-use devices (efficacy and safety).
